TRICKING NEEDS YOU!!

WHAT IS TRICKING?

Tricking is an acrobatic sport that uses the fundamentals of martial arts, break dancing, and gymnastics to create a new form of movement that utilizes kicks, flips, and twists, expressing one's self creatively and efficiently as possible.

HISTORY OF TRICKING

Tricking is relatively a new sport that began in the late 80s-early 90s era. Where martial art athletes and performers like Steven Ho and Ernie Reyes Jr started incorporating acrobatics, as well as high-level taekwondo kicks into their routines, stunning the crowds with skills that seem to defy gravity.

While tricking aged, it started gaining attention from artists and movement enthusiasts, like break dancing and other martial arts. Bringing their own unique skills to the sport created a new style for tricking that spread like wildfire in the community, leading the sport to what we know of today.
